Chris Laviola, Psy.D.
Founder & Clinical Director
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Chris Laviola has served as Clinical Director at multiple inpatient programs and therapeutic boarding schools. He founded the Lakeside Independence Program to fill the gap between costly inpatient facilities and insufficient standard outpatient treatment. Chris recognizes the importance of improving family communication and patterns to maximize a young adult’s success! Dr. Laviola also serves as a primary treatment team lead for many Lakeside’s patients and their families.

Graham Husick, Psy.D

Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Graham Husick has pioneered Lakeside’s advanced clinical assessment process. Utilizing his proprietary “Tailored Assessment for Realistic Goals and Effective Treatment” (T.A.R.G.E.T.) system, Dr. Husick ensures that every patient who comes to Lakeside is primed for success. Dr. Husick also serves as a primary treatment team lead for select Lakeside patients and their families!

Shiana Fowler, MSW
Lead Clinical Coordinator
Licensed Social Worker
Shiana Fowler leads our Clinical Coordination team, ensuring that every patient receives the care they need from the providers they require in timely fashion. With a Clinical Coordinator like Shiana, no patient falls through the cracks! Shiana also serves as a primary treatment team lead for Lakeside patients and their families.

Kitt Campbell
Primary Therapist/Lifeskill Instructor
Anticipating licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in August 2025, Kitt has worked diligently as a primary therapist and Lifeskill Instructor for Lakeside. She specializes in assisting patients learn social skills, build problem-solving capabilities, and master the difficulties of everyday life!

Eric Klobetanz
Primary Therapist/Lifeskill Instructor
Anticipating licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in August 2025, Eric also serves as a Lifeskill Instructor for Lakeside. With a military and nursing background, Eric brings diverse clinical experience to help our patients establish routine and steadily heal in the right direction. Eric has also begun serving as a treatment team lead and is succeeding in his new role!

Andrea Fowler
Administrative Assistant
Andrea Fowler staffs our front desk, and her enthusiastic self will be the voice on the line when you call! Along with being responsible for all day-to-day administrative tasks at Lakeside, she has also taken the responsibility of fostering a homey atmosphere in our waiting area. Patients are encouraged to use our space as a “check-in and hang out” area, and Andrea makes sure our space is cozy, tidy, and welcoming.
