The Lakeside Independence Program is an intensive outpatient mental health program designed to support individuals facing various severe mental health challenges. Our program emphasizes a “Wraparound” approach, integrating superlative clinical treatment with targeted supportive elements (e.g. clinical mentoring, family support, everyday task assistance). All of this takes places in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, fostering a sense of peace and tranquility during the healing process.

Our program offers a variety of treatment options tailored to meet individual needs including individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and more. Since we are run and managed by Clinical Psychologists, our program prioritizes clinical sophistication and results over all else.
We also incorporate nature-based activities to enhance the therapeutic experience and promote overall wellness.

Some patients have graduated after one year, needing only minimal aftercare; others with more chronic and severe conditions could find our program useful for the duration of their lives. We work with patients as long as they need us—no more, and no less!
